Zoning Board of Appeals (Wed. 11 Sep, 2019 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Appealsof the Village of Scarsdale inRutherford Hall in Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale NY 10583 on Wednesday, September 11, 2019at 8:00 p.m. at which time and place the Board of Appeals will consider the following:

1.The application of Allison and Scott Kushnick for a Special Use Permit,pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code,and a variancefrom Chapter 310-47Cof the Village Code,to construct a swimming pool which would intrude into the required rear yard setback at 55 WildwoodRoad, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 19,Blk. 1, Lot 55.

2.The application ofFern Schair and Alexander Forger for a Special Use Permit,pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code,to construct a swimming pool at 57 Franklin Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 22,Blk. 21, Lot 4.

3.The application ofAnuradha Ramachandran for a Special Use Permit,pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code,to construct a swimming pool at 3Barker Lane, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 23,Blk. 1, Lot 5B.

4.The application ofDOJA LLC for a Special Use Permit,pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code,to construct a swimming pool at 45 Penn Boulevard, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 23,Blk. 1, Lot 13A.

5.The application of Boning Liu and Li Yun for variancesfrom Chapters310-51 and 310-102 of the Village Code to replace an existing shed which intrudes into the required side yard setback andexceeds the maximum permitted Floor Area Ratio at 45 Jefferson Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 12, Blk. 2, Lot 14.

6.The application ofDiana and Michael Mitchell for a variance from Chapter 310-51 of the Village code to construct a garage addition which would encroach on the required side yard setback at 81 Carthage Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 22, Blk. 5, Lot 11.

7.The application ofColleen and David Brownfor an amendment to a Special Use Permit,pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to revise the landscaping plan approved for the construction of a swimming pool at 24 Herkimer Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec.23,Blk. 1, Lot 65A.
