Village Committees to Consider New Homes, Demolitions and Changes to the Preservation Law

1StrattonRoadIf you're interested in Scarsdale real estate, here are three meetings you might want to attend next week: The Board of Architectural Review meets on Monday night February 25 at 7:30 pm. On the calendar are proposals for three new houses at the following addresses: 23 Vanderbilt Road, 9 Seneca Road and 9A Hamilton Road. If you leave nearby you may want to go and review the plans.

On Tuesday night February 26, the Committee for Historic Preservation will meet to consider applications to demolish the following homes:

  • 4 Windmill Circle
  • 55 Greendale Road
  • 235 Rock Creek Lane
  • 119 Cushman Road
  • 1 Woodland Road
  • 15 Herkimer Road

And on Wednesday night, February 27, there will be a a joint meeting of the Scarsdale Board of Trustees Law and Land Use Committees at 6:00 pm to consider amendments to Village Code regarding historic preservation.
