How come Brownsville, Rye, and LarchMont don't face these redevelopment issues? Are WASPs better at preservation? L.I. towns like Scarsdale, such as Great Neck, also can't preserve.

If the redevelopment of sensible homes continues, Scarsdale will look like a nouveaux riche community like Greenwich.
