CPA - The Masters of the Universe who are living in these Heathcote mansions are not worried about their property taxes. They will be benefiting from the drop in the top rate in the personal income tax, the massive drop in the corporate income tax rate, the continued of the carried interest giveaway, and all the other goodies Trump and his cronies are lavishing on themselves.

It is true that most of Scarsdale taxpayers will be burned by this malicious new tax law.

You know nothing about taxes, evidently. A majority of Scarsdale high-income residents are getting a tax increase, and they will be especially penalized for owning properties with taxes of over $100,000 per year.

9 Heathcote sold for $10.8 milion in 2011. It was priced between $13 million and $9 million since 2014, but sold for $6.9mm. Is this a trend with larger properties?

So 9 Heathcote Road, a relatively new home SOLD for $6,900,000 and 8 Heathcote Road, which was TORN DOWN sold for $7,500,000.

Who says that Brains and Money go hand and hand. :lol:
