More Homes to be Razed Plus End of Year Home Sales

The reconstituted Committee for Historic Preservation will meet on December 26, 2017  to consider applications demolish three Scarsdale homes:

25 Morris Lane, built in 1938

87 Griffin Avenue, built in 1951

24 Harvest Drive, built in 1950

The owners of 3 Claremont Road, who were denied permission to demolish that home at the last meeting of the Committee for Historic Preservation in November, have filed an appeal to the Scarsdale Village Board of Trustees, who will review their application at an upcoming meeting.
