Scarsdale Trustees gave the go ahead for demolition of the historic home at 12 Dolma Road after the owners pleaded hardship and it sold for $2,750,000. The 1.2 acre property is now on the market for $8,250,000 with plans to build an 11,000 square foot house with 8 bedrooms, 9 baths, a pool and pool house.

At 23 Butler Road a midcentury home on .76 acres sold for $1,918,000. The home was approved for demolition and plans are afoot to build another new home on the property.
