Women of Reform Judaism

Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) is the women’s affiliate of the Union for Reform Judaism, the central body of Reform Judaism in North America. Established in 1913, WRJ now represents more than 65,000 women in nearly 500 women’s groups around the world. With a mission to ensure the future of Reform Judaism, WRJ works to educate and train future sisterhood and congregational leadership about membership, fundraising, leadership, advocacy for social justice, and innovative and spiritual programming.

In the WRT community, WRJ brings new programming and speakers who challenge and spark our thinking and discussion. We celebrate a variety of annual events, including Thanksgiving for the visually impaired, the women’s seder, and Confirmation. Weekly, we celebrate and recognize every Bar and Bat Mitzvah. We also raise tzedakah through efforts such as running the WRT Judaica Shop and annual holiday boutique. We are the Women of Reform Judaism and we are stronger together. Join us.
