  amount of case law accompanying it. Learn some of the deeper nuances and 
 challenge your assumptions of these cherished rights. We'll be joined by m
 embers of the New York County Lawyers Association to discuss the nature of
  First Amendment rights and their legal implementation in a lively present
 ation of recent real-life cases. You'll hear plaintiff and defendant argum
 ents and the judicial decisions that followed. Moreover\, you'll engage wi
 th thought-provoking questions and have the chance to weigh in and offer y
 our opinions after discussing the cases and the larger issues in small gro
