How did first quarter sales of homes in Edgemont compare this year over last? The data shows that the market has made a dramatic improvement. Last year, from January through March, 2009 only 4 homes in Edgemont were sold. This year, there were nine sales during the first three months of the year.

However, from the chart below, you’ll see that many of the homes were on the market for a long time – some for almost a year. The good news for sellers is that there are buyers; but from the data below it looks like you may need to be patient.
