Amy Shah, MD, is a double-board-certified medical doctor and nutrition expert with training from Cornell, Columbia, and Harvard Universities, and the author of Hormone Havoc, I’m So Effing Hungry, and I’m So Effing Tired. Drawing from her background in internal medicine and allergy/immunology, her research, as well as her own wellness journey, she has dedicated her practice to helping her patients feel better and live healthier through her integrative and holistic approach to wellness. She appears regularly on national television shows and podcasts and in national magazines. She lives in Arizona with her family.
Caitlin Murray is the creator behind @BigTimeAdulting — a social media community dedicated to an honest, relatable, and humorous look at modern motherhood. She launched Big Time Adulting during a transformative period — pregnant with her third child and caring for her eldest during leukemia treatment — after stepping away from her professional career to focus on her family. What began as a creative outlet quickly evolved into a thriving platform and engaged community. Today, she continues to connect with millions through her content, all anchored by the now-iconic rallying cry she coined for moms everywhere: “Get yourself a snack.”
