Applications and plans for the Board of Architectural Review meeting are now posted online. Anyone concerned, can view the plans and comment. See below for the link.

Here is the meeting schedule:

The Committee for Historic Preservation is scheduled to meet on Tuesday May 26 at 8 PM. However no agenda has been posted at this time.

The Planning Board will meet on Wednesday May 27 and here is their agenda:

1. The application of Scarsdale Synagogue Temples Tremont and Emanu-el for Site Plan approval to renovate a portion of the synagogue and make related sidewalk and parking improvements at 2 Ogden Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 4, Blk. 3, Lot 975.

2. The application of New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T) to renew the Special Use Permit to continue to operate a wireless telecommunications facility, pursuant to Chapter 310-80 of the Village Code on the Village owned smokestack at 110 Secor Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 17, Blk. 1, Lot 17.

3. The application of Hoff- Barthelson Music School to renew the Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-89 of the Village Code, to continue operating as a school at 25 School Lane, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 1, Blk. 2, Lot 20A.

The request from BNB Tech LLC for a second extension of time to file the Subdivision plan approved by the Planning Board on June 26, 2019 for this three lot subdivision which allows for the preservation of the Cudner-Hyatt House and the relocation of the Quaker Meeting House at 937 Post Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 8, Blk. 2, Lot 1D.

5. The request from Dr. Brian Haftel for the first extension of time to file the Subdivision plat approved by the Planning Board on November 20, 2019 for this tw- lot subdivision at 2A Normandy Lane, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 24, Blk. 1, Lot 11.
