In the last two weeks, 21 houses have closed in Scarsdale and Edgemont. I don’t know if that’s a record number of sales, but it’s a record for Scarsdale10583 where we usually post 4-5 home sales per week. The houses range in price from $2,300,000 for a soon-to-be constructed house on Continental Road to a $570,000 home on Brambach Road.

Recently released statistic from Houlihan Lawrence show that home sales are indeed on the rebound.  As of June 30th, 100 homes had sold in 2010, compared to only 65 homes sold during the same period in 2009.  So that means we've seen over a 50% increase in sales.
