This in from the Scarsdale Recreation Department: Here's the list of the winners of the Halloween Window Painting contest that took place on a beautiful fall Sunday on October 20, 2024. This year there were 310 entrants, almost even with 315 last year. While everyone had fun here are a few works that received extra notice:
