Winners Announced in Scarsdale 15K and 4M Runs

The 44th annual Scarsdale 15K and 4 mile runs took place on Sunday morning April 7. Sponsored by the Scarsdale Recreation Department and the Scarsdale Antiques Running Club, the race course began on Brewster Road and took runners through Fox Meadow and Greenacres. 208 runners completed the 4 mile run and 124 finished the 15K. 94 children, ages 12 and under participated in a 1 mile kids fun run.
The top 15K winners were Matthew Nistor (54:53) and Jessica Anthony (1:14:39).
The first Scarsdale finishers were Tetsuo Watanabe(57:55) and Jessica Anthony/Nikki Rosee (1:14:39).
In the 4 mile run, the overall male winner was John Marsh at 24:18 and Christine Hu at 27:04.
