Donations are needed for a tag sale this coming Friday and Saturday, October 10th (9:30am - 3pm) and October 11th (9am - 3pm), at St. James the Less Church in Scarsdale, to benefit underprivileged children in Mt. Vernon.
Fifth graders at Fox Meadow School will hold the sale as a benefit and need clothing, baby items, electronics, jewelry, sporting goods, toys, games, appliances, bicycles, car seats, kitchenware, furniture, books, business attire, formal wear, handbags, lamps, art, picture frames, and household goods. Go through your garages, search through your basements and attics, clean out your closets, and donate those items to help your kids have a successful tag sale. Please only bring items in good condition. All donations are tax deductible.
From now until October 9 items can be dropped off at the front hall office of Fox Meadow School. On Thursday October 9, donations should be brought to St. James the Less Church at 10 Church Lane between 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
And if your 5th grader want to help out at the tag sale on Saturday contact Mr. Besancon to coordinate and schedule a time. Parents are needed to help out. Click here to sign up to help with the tag sale.
If you would like items picked up, email Dalya Khan to arrange a time to pick up donations from your home. Questions? Email Dalya Khan or Mr. Besancon.
