Pets of the Week: Angus and Friends

Angus and Sarah Bell's dog NalaThis week’s featured pet is Angus, Gwendolyn Horn’s five year old chocolate Labrador. Angus loves to take walks around his Quaker Ridge neighborhood and greet all his great dog friends, including poodles Jesse and Sky from Carthage Lane and golden doodles Lulu and Peanut from Heathcote Road.

Angus is usually on the lookout for his crush, Sarah Bell’s golden retriever named Nala. Nala and Angus frequently play together and helped bring both families joy during Covid when all seemed lost!

Angus dreams of the day when Scarsdale has its own dog park so he can enrich his friend group with dogs from all the various Scarsdale neighborhoods!
