Celebrate Jewish Artists at Scarsdale Library (Wed. 29 May, 2024 10:30 am - 11:30 am)
May is Jewish American Heritage Month and the library is celebrating Jewish artists with Art Styles Around the World on Wednesday, May 29 at 10:30 AM. There will be a brief overview of a few important Jewish artists from the 20th and 21st centuries including Mierle Laderman Ukeles, Joan Snyder, and Mark Rothko. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to draw based on the work of exhibited artists.
