Assuming this call originated from the homeowners at 4 Putnam Rd, the fire officer attempted to make contact but was unsuccessful. This incident was categorized as a "good intent call," requiring no further intervention by the fire department. However, on April 8, firefighters received a landline call from dispatch with additional details from a Sage Terrace resident. The resident was concerned with the discoloration of the transformer in conjunction with the liquid on the tree. Firefighters responded to assess the transformer further. The liquid dripping from the tree was confirmed to be sap and is unrelated to the transformer or utility pole. While a darkened transformer does not necessarily indicate a current
